Solemn declaration by members
Every member of the Tribunal shall, before taking up his duties, make a
solemn declaration in open session that he will exercise his powers
impartially and conscientiously.[1220] The Suleiman Mountains along the Indo-Afghan

The mind
wanders forth on far journeys and returns with sheaves of
